Qn About Tda model rules ouo''

Just wanna confirm this since l might be using Tda base very often to make chars in the future.
let's say if l finished making a edited tda model,
does it mean that l need to contact Tda saying
"Hi, l'm blahblahblah & may l request to distribute my edited Tda model of this?"  OuO;;

if it is, then how do l contact him?
do l really need to translate my english into japanese? ouo
Last but not least, if l request someone to fix my edited tda model,
is it considered as breaking the rules of distributing the model? T_T
'cause l want the model to be fixed..

l heard the ReadMe notepad must also be inside and not be edited,
which l didn't touch it at all, when l DL'd the Tda base. >u>
and l doubt it will be all weird symbols to me when l open it. ouO

if l ever Tda base a lot of times,
l think l might be in Tda's list of regular person who request model distribution often. XD
Seriously, who has requested Tda a lot of times for edited model distribution?! Hmm!? Hm!? l want to knoww!! TuT

Anyway, l would be very nervous if l ever contact Tda omg.
it's like asking the author who has made a awesome model and is the most popular creator in mmd, ya know. >u>
l bet his expectation for model appearance before distribution is *cough* High. *cough* xux
